Silvia Aguirre, our CEO and founder, co-created CertCapture — the industry's leading exemption certificate management tool — before spending 20 years at Avalara leading their exemption certificate division. As one of the pioneers who helped build the tools the industry now runs on, she saw firsthand how many companies invested in the right technology and still struggled to get real compliance.

Tax CSA exists because that gap is still there. We're a boutique sales and use tax consulting firm built around one belief: that compliance takes more than the right tools. It takes experienced people who know how those tools actually work, what the rules require, and what it means to stay accountable to a client long after implementation wraps.
